Dialogues on the Rhine presented the work of German artist Caius Julius Spillner at U Art Center, Shanghai. Held along Suzhou Creek, the exhibition brought together four colour paintings and twenty-four prints, offering an intimate view of the artist’s visual language across painting and printmaking.

Jointly organised by the Asian Art Research Institute, Baizhong Art Capital, and U Art Center, with support from the German-Chinese Friendship Association, the exhibition created a cross-cultural setting for artistic exchange between Germany and China. Through its focused selection of works, Dialogues on the Rhine reflected on image, memory, and cultural dialogue within a contemporary exhibition context.
